What is the expected wait time for my iKON Board to ship?
We strive to ship all products within 48 hours on business days. Weekends may extend this time frame.

If I live outside of the United States, can I purchase an iKON Board?

Can I purchase replacement parts?
We will soon be selling consumable parts such as belts, bearings, wheels, and gears on the accessory page very soon. As of now replacement part availability is determined by the specific issue occurrences. We recommend submitting a support ticket, sending us an email at support@ikonboards.com, or contact us in the live chat for any information regarding parts. We will do our best to accommodate the lifespan of your Board. Reference our warranty tab at the bottom of the page to retain more info on what is covered.
Can I purchase an extended warranty?
Yes, we are offering two variations of iKONCARE extended warranty, iKONCARE Vital and iKONCARE Elite. Either can be added during the checkout process of each iKON board.

What is the weight limit on the Edge?
The limit we suggest is 220lbs. Over this weight and the board will loose some torque as well as range, and it will put strain on the electronic and mechanical components.
What if my board's battery has a problem?
To achieve the ultra thin form factor of the EDGE, the deck and battery needs to be made as one assembly. If the battery stops functioning, the battery and deck can be replaced as one piece.
If the battery stops functioning during the warranty period, we will replace this assembly! If anything happens out of the warranty period we will work diligently to give you the best pricing on parts and labor!
One of my motors turns and the other doesn't and low throttle.
Both motors are fully independent. This is because when you are turning one wheel is always traveling further than the other so the ESC separates them out completely individually. This makes the wheels wear out less premature and it is 100% a feature of the board. As to why one spins before the other it’s just the fact that that motor may happen to have a little bit more resistance whether it’s just something simple a tighter belt than the other or a small discrepancy.
How do I enable Parking Brake mode?
Simply turn off the controller after it has been connected to the board while the board is not in motion. The board will refrain from moving.
